h3alth AI deploys intelligence platforms directly on healthcare practice data as a Business Associate under HIPAA. Any PHI we receive from healthcare practice clients is:

Not shared with or accessible by any other practice or unauthorized third party, and only accessible to authorized personnel as required to deliver the services
Not used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond the scope of the BAA
Subject to deletion upon request in accordance with the applicable BAA
PHI is never collected through this website. If you believe PHI has been inadvertently transmitted through our website contact form or scheduling tool, contact us immediately at kurt@h3alth.ai.
In the event of a security incident involving PHI, h3alth AI will comply with all applicable notification requirements as defined in the applicable Business Associate Agreement.
Data Retention
Information submitted through our website contact forms and scheduling tool is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically for the duration of your inquiry or client relationship. Our production infrastructure runs on HIPAA-compliant Microsoft Azure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit.
